ABOUT ME

Jen Tennant is a health economist and essayist living in Ithaca, NY. Her academic research focuses on disability and mental health policy, health economics, and public finance issues.  She also tackles these themes in her nonfiction writing, using a braided essay form that combines history, policy, cultural theory, and personal narratives.
